Colombian Apetizers and Sauces

Arepas is one  of the most traditional appetizer used along the whole Colombian territory. They will have the chance of cooking them as Bogotá style of them and discover a little bit of their history and fabulous taste.They usually go with hogao, a traditional dip easy to prepare.

There is nothing more Colombia than an empanada, we can prepare them quick and easy with a sauce named Ají (spicy hogao) We can show how to prepare 2 kinds of empanadas, and the Ají.

This are just delicious. There are sweet and salty and their preparation  would take a little longer. Including sweet and salty platains and Colombian Guacamole. We also explain where they come from and why they are still called “patacón pisao”.

Our guest can learn  how to prepare a cocktail with passion fruit, mint and rum. With the right measure of ingredients this can be a delicious option to refresh and relax.
